Registrations must be completed within the announced deadline. Late entries may not be accepted.
Age groups/categories will be defined and communicated before the start of events.
Participants must respect referees, volunteers, and fellow players. Misconduct will lead to disqualification.
The decision of the Sports Committee will be final and binding in all matters.
If there is less number of nominations for a particular category, committee has the right to merge categories or discard the event for that age category.
Umpire/referee decisions during the match will be final and unquestionable.
Use of any unfair means (like outside players, deliberate delays, or equipment violations) will lead to forfeiture.
Time slots will be allocated by the committee; players must report 15 minutes before their match.
Walkover will be declared if a player/team does not report within 10 minutes of the scheduled time.
Outdoor sports matches will start at the scheduled time irrespective of incomplete teams.
Weather conditions may result in rescheduling or modification of matches at the committee’s discretion.
